The possibility of US shift work to better align with India is getting discussion at Hudson Yards. I can't wait for this.

What does this mean ??
Hurry up and get India to take over REVS operations. Or just get out of the mortgage biz entirely.
Shift work? I already work approaching 2 shifts a day to cover the 70% of staff we lost thru attrition and were replaced with lower quality offshore resources. I do need to sleep …
Will they toss us out like garbage after picking off everything we know?
My job already feels like India is the primary set of employees and we're just here to support them. Been that way for about two years already.
Interesting. WF recently changed course and now says India is a third party and not global or offshore. Do we adjust our schedules for other third parties? No. Do we refer to other third parties as extensions of us? No.
Make up your mind, CS. Can’t have it both ways.
Oh but didn’t DF just say we have a large India presence so WE could spend time with our families? Can’t wait for the spin on that one.
All WF execs are clowns.
If my shift is affected, I will be in the union camp. At this point, I’m seriously considering the union just to cause cr-p for CS and company. They need to GO!
What I am getting out of this is India will be the priority. The US workers will assist them. If this is true Wells will become a company primarily operating out of India instead of the US. They really are trying to eliminate the US workforce.
This should be good...
That’s one way to get a second day job. Daylighting, if you will.
Reading ahead, my manager will say... you, you and you are on the India shift this week.
I remember the old days where they had to align with us.
I guess that's one way to increase attrition on shore as that is the goal.
Will this impact tech?
