Step 1: Google Company Name + DEF 14A .. Access the document on sec.gov

Step 2: Look at the % of ownership of BlackRock and/or VanGuard. Do you see these? Avoid this company.

AT&T is owned by both for a total of almost 16%. These are the companies that are currently destroying VMware under Broadcom - "Maximizing profits via headcount reduction." Sound familiar?

Until the public wakes up and starts pushing for regulations, it's going to continue to be awful. Alternatively, we could stop fighting amongst ourselves and unionize. There's no shame in joining a union for the sake of better pay and better benefits.

Corporate employees not being able to unionize is a myth propagated by HR. The NLRB definition of a supervisor is vastly different from AT&T's definition of a "supervisor". Do not be fooled.

Black Rock and Vanguard are two completely different types of company.

If Vanguard is purchasing our stock, it's not exactly bad. They're probably one of the top three consumer friendly investment houses in the world.

Any company where the current CEO, the the previous CEO are at the #1 and #2 positions on the CEO Wall of Shame!

Stink has the top slot of being the worse CEO in US history.

No thanks. I’ve gotten performance bonuses and raises. If I was part of a union, that money would be taken from me and distributed among the free riders. And what kind of regulations do you propose? You realize ATT is already regulated by the SEC, FCC, FTC, and a host of other federal and state regulators?
