We have 1 working desktop computer to function for 9 reps. We have customers walking out of the store and no one can assist them due to the fact our tablets have no connectivity. We realize this is nation wide but this has been going on for almost two weeks. Does anyone know what's really going on ?

Read your bulletins/alerts you receive. There is a workaround and you can use LTE on your iPads. Stores in my area are fully able to assist their customers even with the ongoing issues.
I worked for AT&T Wi-Fi until all the developers, QA, & IT were outsourced a couple years ago. All the useless AT&T managers stayed on payroll. You should try calling Infosys in India; they handle Wi-Fi now.
My question would be is how many customers are actually walking into that store to get a feel for how many are actually walking out.
Well sounds to me like AT&T is getting ready to up your store quotas.
Did you reboot or call someone overseas? You can always hop on a Xfinity hotspot. There's usually one functional nearby.
Close all physical stores for significant cost savings. Implement serif service kiosks for ordering at high volume stores like Wal-Mart and Costco. All other orders will be conducted online.

You can used the yahoo web mail interface in the interim. It is still down.
Perhaps they are saving money and using UPS ground instead of air for the shipment of the new server. Or they have changed the server name and our internet support does not know that. When I called them I had reason to question their subcontracted competency. They were just reading a script and had no troubleshooting skills.
No offense but it's probably better that these customers can't complete a purchase until we can figure out how to run a network. We wouldn't want to give them false expectations after all!

One thing that is wrong is that the outbound email server has been down for 3 days. outbound.att.net
I’ve seen this before. We don’t pay our bills on time and believe we can sc--w everyone like Donald Trump got away with as well.
