Oh a massive layoff is coming Q1. Get those Indians and Philippines trained.
Hey @1tyc+1pJ28w4f / you are incorrect, you get 60 day working notice and then max is 12 months. If you live in NY or Cali you get 90 day working notice and then a max of 12 months! If you have been at WF 26 years plus you get 12 months plus 2 months notice period.
@1jqk+1pJ28w4f probably remote status, distance to hub and how much you make
What is the algorithm on how they pick who to layoff? Have not been able to figure that out.
@1tyc - assume poster has 2 months non working notice plus the year severance
I don't know, we've already termed double the # of employees that Citi says they will cut, and we're not done yet. In the end we'll cut loose 4-5x the number of employees at least.
@1rkk+1pJ28w4f The max is 12 months, so I call BS on this.
How do I get one? I meet the algorithm criteria.
Yes I am enjoying 14 months severance and retirement after 38 years!
