I'm finding it strange that only certain people receive enterprise recognition when the exit Wells e.g. Daley, and others just quietly exit stage left.
DEI. Lets talk "equity" shall we?
A Wells Fargo Analyst has to work 220 years to make what our CEO makes in one year.
A Wells Fargo teller has to work 750 years to make what our CEO makes in a year.
I guess that is how senior management defines Equity.
What a shame! Tremendous loss for WF as she brought so much to the DEI table.
Good Riddance. Definitely not a loss to Wells by ANY stretch of the imagination. DEI is an absolute spam of an idea and always worse in attempt to implement.
Darn it, I was thinking of applying to Apple. Changed mind now.
Always happy when people leave WF, always sad when people stay at WF.
In the end it's all just sweeping sand at the beach.
Gold bless her. We appreciate her service and dedication to our bank.
Tali Bray has moved on to Apple
Who is Tali?
wow! didn't see that coming!!
as far as DEI at WF....they need to do better! C-suite and on down certainly are NOT committed to an inclusive workforce where all employees are valued and engaged.
That’s really surprising. Then again do we really need an exec level person for DEI? I wonder if TK was like F all this.
Who?
