Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

The latest slogan for recruiting, seriously? "Take a deep breath. Release slowly. Repeat. well life is time off to recharge."

The latest slogan for recruiting, seriously? "Take a deep breath. Release slowly. Repeat.
well life is time off to recharge."

Could this be any more inaccurate?

It makes sense, this comes out of Schart.

@1gqu+1p9bV4bN “At best I work maybe 10 hours a week and I get great raises and a good bonus each year. I would bet you are the types that require time off to sit in car rider lines and more time off for your “mental” health because you were not raised to face adversity or challenges at times.

I can see right though slackers like you that want part time work with a CEO salary.”

Seriously ?????? you work 10 hours a week and you’re calling the rest of us slackers? Grow up a$$hole and do a decent day’s work for a decent day’s pay. Some of us have worked 60 hours a week for 20+ years and are now getting laid off. F you and all of your parasite compadres who are causing this situation.

I find it humorous they are investing any money into recruiting. And any talent that’s worth hiring already knows this is a sinking ship and resume ki-ler. But, it is accurate, many WF employees will soon have a whole lot of free time on their hands ;)

Do you know what SHART means? If you don't know the meaning, Google it.

Take a deep breath, release slowly... Oops, I didn't mean to do that.

The slogan makes it sound like they are looking to attract people that like to take a lot of days off work to "recharge".

They paid an outside agency $200k to research and come up with that. It's the most egregiously false marketing I've ever seen. It doesn't apply to employees or resemble what the "firm" actually stands for. Lie to people and trick them into getting hired, make them move to a hub, then lay them off. That's not the well life, that's actual life.

Holy cr-p, that's some serious spin. Hudson Yards has about as much empathy as Mengele. In a sense I do trust them though, I trust them to lay us all off and constantly make stupid decisions while raking in millions in unearned comp for themselves.

Wait until you see "empathetic and trusted leaders" or "generous compensation".
