Any news if anyone has heard of the PITA has been or is being done now?

Clarification. Humana Cares Support is hiring SS in case management program
There are several different departments called CCM.
Claims cost management
I think you are wrong.
CCM is chronic care management, nurses. Have not heard of any RIFs there.
What is CCM?
Yes, we are hiring in CCM as well.
Wow 😮
I thought they just hired new CCMs for telephonic? You're saying now they have been riffed?
I know CCM was affected by RIF’s
For what area? It does not do us any good to just post you received an email verifying other people were RIF’ed.
We were sent an email letting us know the people in our area that were affected had been notified. I wasn’t saying that those RIF’d were notified via email - I was trying to say that an email went out saying that to those not affected. If that makes sense.
Lots of temporary to permanent pivots offered to T&S… can see writing on the wall there
There’s not a confirmation email, there’s the email you get inviting you to a meeting, usually, it’s done the same day, or within hours of getting the email. If a confirmation email went out, maybe that is related to a whole department being transitioned? Historically, that hasn’t been done
@6toz+1p5JB4AX: If you’re aware that confirmation came via email last week, what departments affected? I think there’s something going on in our department even though we backfilled a position and have someone starting in November. Doesn’t mean our entire department won’t go poof, bye-bye!
So the employees have already been notified or is notification to actual employees on teams coming next week?
There has been confirmation to the depts and teams affected. It came through an email last week.
Still hear NO confirmation of actual departments being riffed.
RIFs have definitely happened already in several departments.
So far, sounds like just a lot of speculation there MAY be rifs coming. I'm sure this is based on past company behavior. No one has actually confirmed any areas actually are getting riffed since those back in August. Maybe it is just false anxiety because they've historically happened this time of year so many times.
So when do we anticipate notifications? What department or areas?
So, the RIF is coming in the next few weeks?
They’re always being done in some area of the business. Always. For the upcoming RIFs, they’ve already been done. Notifications come next. No idea how many will be impacted.
May the odds ever be in our favor.
