Started by asking how many Gen X'ers in the crowd, how many Gen Z's, Millennials, etc.
Informed them they are all the same now, they're all "Perennials". Then is going on about a learning mindset, etc.
There is no way that was an accident.
Though he did go on to say that age and experience are not good indicators of relevancy. So, I guess he can't resist doubling down a little bit on his previous comments in a more subtle way.
