F it, reply-all because that seems like a reasonable thing to do when it only needs to be seen by the sender. Good luck finding the email distro, Jira or ServiceNow name of the people you need to engage. Ask a Q, get some non-nonsensical answer back because the recipient didn't bother to read and comprehend the ask.
I would have expected the two years of layoffs would have left us with some quality talent. Instead it's the opposite.
