Does anyone know if WFH allowed during the Holiday weeks?

I was told that individual team / project management can make decision on this.
in my department, holidays meet the "working in office" requirement - so I only had two days to go in this week because of Columbus Day
If you have to ask, then just go ahead and stay home, permanently.
question is simple and clear. Lot of us want to stay with families and work during this time . if no PTO then only option is work remote. Org wide they should provide this to all employees.
Get covid or a positive test during that period, you’re welcome.
Its upto your manager or director. talk to them they can help
Thanks @1vrp+1p2JFNmL. I am the OP and you have guessed my exact intention :)
Lol all these id--ts acting like you just want to run errands. What about those of us who don't have PTO but plan to spend the holidays with family out of town/state? I still work all day, just remote. Not everyone is trying to scam the system.
But the answer Charlie would give, f*ck off and quit already
You’re a d-mb@ss OP & the reason we will lose what WFH we have. Let me guess you have things to do that week? Family in town, shopping to do? Those weeks are no different than any other 3/2 hybrid week.
There is a company wide, in US ,exclusion on RTO during holidays. No need to come in. See you in 24!
Wrong. WFH "had to go" because not enough people in that environment will choose to quit. That's literally the only reason for RTO. If people hated WFH and loved being in the office, Hudson Yards would require WFH. You quiting without severance is all they care about. Everything else is a side effect and is not relevant in their calculus.
You're the reason why WFH is being yanked away. You only want to WFH those weeks to get your non-work errands done while getting paid. Let that one marinate and don't be so effing awkward about it now.
Take three half days.
either take the week off or ask your boss if you can.
Worried about Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year WFH policy?
Give me a break and Boo Hoo for you Cup Cake!
Look up current events and see what people in Isra_l are worried about.
stupid question
Charlie:
"I don't know about you, but I am flying on my private jet to visit my family mansion and spend my Thanksgiving holiday there for 2 weeks."
No exemption for the holiday weeks outside of actual holidays during the work week and scheduled PTO. Living our best Bob Cratchet lives to keep Charlie’s pockets lined and to insure he has a the biggest goose on the table for Christmas Day. God bless us.. everyone.. except Charlie. Enjoy your goose.🖕🏻
Absolutely not, I have insider information they are going to make you go into the office 6 days a week during those times.
