Aetna su-ked. Worst experience, ever. I wish we were going back to UHC but nope it’s back to Anthem-doesn’t-pay-for-anything-ever-insurance. 👎

For those not aware, non-profit Aetna is being replaced by for-profit United Healthcare.

Enjoy seeing your medical and pharmacy claims being denied. UHC needs to keep its shareholders happy!

Yes this is bad.

For those of those have never been covered under a for-profit health insurer before, get ready for some rude awakenings, such as your pharmacy suddenly denying claims for meds you've been taking for years.

Or that specialist you want to see? Forget it.

I keep asking how Wells can get any worse as an employer, but they always do.
