They are training offshore to write correspondence, and are trying to force corr to take phonecalls. It seems like the AI is not so good at writing "easy" letters if they have quickly turned to offshore to write instead. I wonder how long before most or all of corr is laid off? Has anyone in american processing/phones been laid off or told they are moving more of the work offshore?
This company is such a joke.

Blue Prison???? Yup, I'm tire of being on phones when shareholders complain on how their accounts got screwed up. I just yes them to death and create a research and let them take care of it. I'm looking for another job anyway. Good Luck.
As far as we know, no, they did not hire someone from India to cross train for backup, the story is they are training offshore associates who already wrote scripted letters or did basic processing, no new hires. American Management is training them. They have been training for weeks.
This comment was posted earlier - just wondering if anyone is comfortable sharing what department has been training offshore associates.
“We've been training offshore associates in my group for a little over 4 weeks now. The writing is on the wall, and it's not long before there's a forced move or layoff.”
Did the Corr department recently hire someone from India to “cross train” for backup?
Yeah that came out of nowhere. They have corr team working on the blue prism BS and then suddenly they're having people offshore write corr? I think they're trying to phase out as much us work as possible to increase their profits.
Anything for Bill to get another beach vacation he can email us from.

Adjustments being moved off shore is a joke. Talk about shooting yourself in the foot. Pretty sure NOTHING is off limits at that point. And clients need to inspect their contracts for language on what should and should not be touched by people with lower quality skill sets.
Yes. Hardcore training is happening throughout the company in shifting a cr-p ton of work offshore. And training is not going great.
Oh yes. Most of what was once BFDS has some part of their work either going offshore or automated by blue prism.
