Does anyone know what happens with unused PTO hours for a person who was laid off? Do we get paid for all accrued unused hours?

Depends upon the state you are located as well as your age.
Good information. I would think the accrual of hours would continue through 10/21, but who knows
Make sure to get your full accrued and unused balance plus any carryover hours from 2022 (I carried over 40 hours). You will get the payout a pay period or two after separation date (10/21/2023). What isn’t clear is if we stopped accruing time after the last day worked or if you accrue up through 10/21. I am thinking we stopped accruing after last day worked.
