I used to be in rooms with mostly male managers. Now I’m often in rooms with only female managers talking about how we need to promote equity. Interesting times.
Belonging? Not if you're old.

Yep. Equity and Equality are determined to not be doable. Let's just make sure these folks who are not treated equally are included and feel that they belong.
Belonging was only added because the new RTO mantra is that you "belong" at a hub city, collaborating with your team.
I could care less about any of those items as a level two manager.

Pretty sure these policies have been ruled discriminatory and illegal. News flash, any thing that is directed to suppress any group of people is discriminatory. It doesn’t matter that the target is white males. It’s still racist and you’re a racist if you support it.
