I am sure there is a succession plan and it sadly does not include SP, MS, SVB, nor DF.
I just watched some Ather interviews and he comes off incredibly passionate about his job and well informed. He runs circles around Charlie when it comes to presence and communication.

At this point I'd take just about anyone over CS/SP. They are completely incompetent, morally bankrupt and literally evil.
Don't know too much about AW, but the one time I saw him speak he was actually pretty impressive.
I might actually stay if that happens.
