Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

HR, what the F are you guys doin’?

I have signed an offer letter and the post is still out there dangling for the people that didn’t get the job. This happened to me the last position I applied for, which I didn’t get. It left me wondering for nearly a month. Why can’t you all move faster or tell people the truth like offer pending and let them realize unless it blows up, they didn’t get it so they can move on with with their lives. This is not new. I’ve changed roles like underwear. WHY IS IT ALWAYS LIKE THIS?!?!?!? REAL $H1TTY!

It's WF, what do you expect? Don't you read this board? Run, don't walk.

HR people are just glorified admins and that's probably why it's filled with female employees, not to stereotype or anything.

Per my training contact, a ton of recruiters were displaced recently and apparently there wasn't an effort to consolidate their work prior to that occurring.

Recruiting and HR are also getting laid off due to the hub strategy. Some could be quiet quitting too.
