Looking across my organization in the COO we have managers with 30 to 50 people reporting to them. We just converted managers out of their roles into principles or senior leads. So now what? Are we hiring more directors? Shipping roles to the business? Displacing people? Reorganization? Probably a mix of all those things. However, at this point the math does not add up. Tired of being part of a blown apart organization.

CK was useless, she had no idea what she was doing.
Christal Kennedy was useless, she had no idea what she was doing.
lol, CK was a POS who's own LinkedIn claimed her top skill was downsizing/outsourcing.
The only thing they can't figure out is how to keep $5B/quarter rolling in while getting rid of the last 179k of domestic employees. Once they do, we all gone.
Believe it or not, the top management does not know what they are doing. All they are doing is a trial-and-error experimentation. I overheard such discussions in one of the leadership meetings. They still can't figure out the best approach to reconstruct the organization, so they keep redoing it over and over. But this is something they should be doing at a kindergarten, not at the grown-ups' place.
Trust the process!
Please wake up and smell the coffee. It India until the end.
All WF roads lead to I&P. In every single town hall that I’ve tuned into over the last year, the US Exec couldn’t say enough wonderful things about India. I have not heard any mention in this same way about any US site. The writing is very clearly written on the WF wall, unfortunately.
Sadly - continued reorg, US displacements and more US jobs going to India and Philippines.
