Lol, only safe bet is for more Marketing processes/work going to India and the Philippines!
I KNOW marketing is safe, or at least our group is, because I believe in our creative director. He hasn’t lied to us yet.
Marketing is NOT safe. They’ve already had a couple of “realignments” with some told to find somewhere else to work. There are more to come. Why would you think this group is untouchable! You can throw a wrench out a window and hit 15 marketers. The fast track process is a regurgitation of the same creatives being recycled. You just plug in the new term and only one marketer is needed instead of 6.
Not all. Marketing is safe.
