I find it a little difficult to fix arrogant tone-deaf narcissists like you. Maybe you are one of those who were directly involved in that fake account scandal. The only way to fix people like you will be to send you all to prison for many years.

She should serve a sentence equal to the length of time she was overseeing the fake account scheme. What’s that? 10 years, at least?
"Ruined" is a bold statement. Do you happen to know the average financial loss per victim? Hint: it's very very low. This is not to say that illegal acts shouldn't be punished, but there's also no need for hyperbole.
I'm guessing that the vast majority of those impacted simply moved on to use a different bank and probably aren't all that worried about it anymore.
What's her name might get jail time, might not, it won't impact how Hudson Yards is continuing to treat us like garbage.

Lock her up and throw away the key. She not only destroyed Wells Fargo and Wachovia, she left us to the mercy of Chainsaw Charley. No more fiends at work, no more equipment to do our jobs. Tech is a disaster, you can’t escalate anything with any confidence of getting a resolution for customer. HR and recruiting have been outsourced and it’s a joke. Risk has been sent overseas-that’s a nightmare just waiting to explode. The man is rude, uncaring and a bully. He’s trying to force people into arbitrary hubs, all the while his hypocritical a-s made his own hub. Stock is plummeting, the work place is toxic and now he’s pushing a survey that he will ignore if the outcome isn’t what he wants to hear.
I am ashamed, very ashamed to be working for these corrupt executives. I cannot even tell my friends that I work for Wells Fargo. I need to find a better career somewhere else.

She ruined thousands of employees lives - thousands. Fired them for "cause" when she was the crook and they were just doing what she set forth. And then the tens of thousands more that suffered inhumane goals and management "practices". Go back and read the barron's article on the reign of S Freeman to get a flavor of what that was like.
And customers "made whole" ? Give me a f----ing break. If your credit is ruined there is nothing that really makes you whole from that.
Unbelievable, some of these crooked executives have no remorse for committing the crimes, and have no respect for the victimized customers. Let's be real, all of the Wells Fargo executives who participated in that fake account scandal deserve to get many years of prison sentences like Elizabeth Holmes.
Other corps like energy company Enron, the non bankers, tend to get jail time. She did enter a plea of guilty which avoids a trial and places her in a lighter sentencing category.

Just remember that the only reason prisoner is on the cards is because she refused to return some of her bonus money. Other did and got sweet deals, the key take away is that you won't be held accountable if you pay. The other didn't even have to return 100% of bonuses so it just becomes a cost to sc--w people over. Unless these type of people are held account with serious jail time we can expect Wells to continue. We know the current senior leaders certainly are not ethical.

Let’s be real. Prison is a bit harsh here. Sure that statement will trigger alot of folks on this board who have alot of built up hate, but this seems like a dog and pony show for prosecution. Massive professional sc--w up, customers were made whole, she was fined, her reputation and career are completely trashed. Now, over a decade later, she needs to go to prison? Just feels a bit off, and the Wells Fargo gravy train for regulators continues.
