"Senior Leadership surprisingly has had enough of middle management providing cover for certain employees"

Senior leadership is the ones who need to go. Why are we still allowing Fiber reps to keep sending out fake orders and rolling trucks to customers who never order service. Still no Accountability. These orders have been going on since 2015 and yet they want to Can Link America because the cancel rate went up.... no more like the BS orders went up. CGS is no better.

So, is this upcoming layoff only L1-2 or will it include L3-5 as well. Just my perception but so far it has been heavily skewed away from L3-5 even accounting for the smaller base of employees.

After Sept 5.
There is a SURPLUS in the works. This one is coming from the top down. Senior Leadership surprisingly has had enough of middle management providing cover for certain employees.

Good or bad this round is coming from way above. 2-3-4 levels were not asked for input and are not allowed to make changes.

Off payroll in October.

I think you’re wrong about that, and you’re using logic. But logic fails in this instance.

A large not targeted one won't happen for quite a while because they'll want to see first how the RTO etc shakes out. How many people are just not going to come back.

Yes, to the GBS layoffs this week, this was to initially have begun last week, but is now slated to move forward, mobility sales teams CSEs, remaining AMs and a handful of sales managers will be those most impacted. Wireline side of the business -SALs, TSCs, AMs, Managers if not impacted this week will be on deck in the coming weeks.

For managers, likely by end of month. Union, if any, would be around Sept 15. They always cut management first.

More offshore while having RTO to thin the ranks

Stank don’t care, he got his bonus for this nonsense

Almost all will be affected. A massive culling of our herd.

May the odds ever be in your favor.

GBS is rumored to be this week. Not sure what day though or what titles expected to be impacted.
