People are showing up to office with cough and cold and spreading everywhere. The management should think about this . I got sick after two neighbours showed up today with cold and cough . 3 days rule is all fine but people should stay home if they are sick. Inform your manager about your condition. Wellsfargo stopped cleaning desk few months back because charlie want increase his bonus .

And they removed the wipes, hand sanitizer and Kleenex from all the desks. And we have unassigned seating.....
@2jsj+1obbrWjA - so you will quit? Good decision 👍
"faux-demic, and the Karens, elites, and statists"
Nice to see the lunatics playing the hits again. I was worried all their vitriol would be consumed by the bizarre fixation on Wells giving to charity.
My manager has said being sick is not an excuse to work from home more than 2 days per week.
there's nothing new about this behavior. people used to do this with colds and flu pre-covid.
You are responsible for protecting yourself. Wear a mask if you are concerned
Sitting in a random building isn't my job. It's nowhere in the description and negatively impacts my actual work and availability. RTO can be defended on the basis of 'because they said so', but in most distributed teams "work" is not a valid justification.
Narrator: "And here we have an online culture warrior that believes it's changing people's opinions by posting the same trolling tripe day in and day out."
F both RTO and the faux-demic, and the Karens, elites, and statists pushing for both.
@ohu+1obbrWjA
So you don’t fly, going to restaurants, theaters, grocery stores etc… and your children do not go to school? Or you only don't go to work and everywhere else is clean and safe?
Why is it so hard? If people don’t want to show up for work then just don’t. No need to have a reason and no one can force you to stay. Put up or shut up. RTO whining is getting old.
I have a new job working 100% remote and have not been sick at all. While working at Wells Fargo in the city office I and several other coworkers got really sick from an employee who came into the office with a lung virus or baterial infection and spread it to all around them. It was a really bad illness that I was not sure I would recover from, but I did.
Oh no, will our in house executive doctor have to do a days worth of work now?
I watch CNN, but there is no mention of a new Covid variant. Where do we find that info?
You literally voted for a pedo. Sit down.
What happened at least to the wipes in the cubicles? Just because Covid isn’t rampant doesn’t mean I want to share a keyboard with the guy who used the bathroom and didn’t wash his hands. This cog would at least like a clean wheel.
Says the guy that lives in a “neighbourhood”🤡
This again.
Sigh. we get it. You are either scared and one of those that wore a mask while driving alone in your car, or you need an excuse not to go back to the office.............
News at 11, people get sick.
To my fellow employees- ask yourselves if a post rings true:
OP says he was exposed and got sick all in the same day.
No.
It’s either the flu or election season is almost upon us.
If I’ve learned one thing in 15 years at Wells Fargo it’s the fact that we don’t manage our risk or plan ahead for the worst possible outcome. Management will be given talking points and empty platitudes to address our in office concerns while doing absolutely nothing behind the scenes to guarantee our safety. It’s about money and enrichment of the executive leadership, not the welfare of the rank and file. American capitalism is built on exploitation and suffering. “If you don’t like it leave” really should be the company moto. It solves nothing and only creates animosity.. much like our leaders.🤷🏻
I am so sick of this firm mandating office days yet giving no sick days (in most states). No one wants to use their limited pto days on sick days (esp since many are getting sick because of these mandates). People actually need breaks and need to use pto too.
@ect+1obbrWjA You said you were hired remote but have to go in. How did that happen. Was remote in your offer letter?
Masks will be rolled out mid September for airport employees/TSA.
Masks will be rolled out for airline passengers in mid October.
Fear machine will get turned up to overdrive and slowly COVID protocols and masking will slowly become more widespread.
We must resist. Time to say NO.
Conspiracies live rent free in their heads instead of science
@zpt+1obbrWjA - lock the door and don’t leave your house ever.
zpt+1obbrWjA Then don’t come in.
I was originally hired as a 100% remote employee, but now I am forced to drive to the office 3 times a week. I find hundreds of benefits by working from home but find zero benefits by working from office. CS doesn't care if there is covid or not. After all, we are just an excess number of pawns that wants to get rid of.
Covid is rampant. No testing, no masking, and nobody cares about anyone's' health.
It's only a matter of time b4 we're all WFH again. And of course they'll blame it on Biden instead of their selfish selves.
I refuse to put my health at risk for this company/job.
