Leaders keep emphasizing CSBB is Consumer, Small & Business Banking. What is Small Banking?

You’re working at it.
LMAO
Crazy, I don’t really pay much attn to what the different LOB’s do. Never realized the name change. Was this a Saul idea, or in the works and he just completed it?
What business at all is WF in any more? Seems like WF just wants to get rid of all LOBs. Working for a bank that doesn't want to do banking. Crazy!!!
Consumer and Small Business Banking was renamed a few months ago to Consumer, Small, and Business Banking. They re-orged that group and brought in part of Commercial Banking with assets on the lower end of the spectrum. It feels like they tried a little TOO hard to recognized the change in products under that umbrella, but still stick to the CSBB letters. I think it causes one to ask what the OP asked - what in the world is ‘Small Banking”???
So truist is following suit and has renamed a division the same. Guess Charlie and Mr. Roger's are in cahoots
Small banking is what’s happening at WF now.

It USED to be that and they recently updated it. I believe it’s a way to eventually “merge” CSBB and Consumer Lending together as just “Consumer” — before they then divide the new big Consumer combo into Operations and Non-Operations next year.
Another initiative that provides zero financial value and in fact increases confusion, more broken processes and a greater silo between ops and non-ops. Way to go, WF!
Even the internal site says Consumer, Small & Business Banking. Maybe it does mean Consumer Banking, Small Business Banking, and Business Banking but that's now how English works
@cok+1oV3pCV7 Clearly you didn’t watch the townhall today. That is not correct
I thought it was consumer and small business banking. Someone misplace the comma?
CSBB = Consumer AND Small Business Banking. So, Consumer Banking and Small Business Banking. Sometimes they stick "Operations" at the end, CSBBO. These are deposit products. By contrast, we have Consumer Lending in a different group (lending products like credit cards).
So if I'm following we now have four tiers of business banking? Small, Business, Commercial, and Corporate
Small business and business banking
Banking for little people.
They can’t keep it straight either. That is scary!
Kinda confused too
