What an absolute joke. While I understand what Fiserv is trying to do. They haven't done the work to prove that they actually care about any team. I don't know about you but I'm so tired of hearing about client experiences or client happiness. Nobody is volunteering here we are exchanging time for money. We don't care about the client experience as long as the check clears every two weeks or every month. I don't want fluffy emails, I don't want pizza lunches, while words are nice from our direct leaders I rather them put the bonus money in my pocket and call that international customer service week.

Yep the Fiserv propaganda machine is running overtime these days. Just one more thing to delete and supplement
my sapience activity.
Fiserv does not care about their customers, teams nor employees. They only care about themselves, upper management junior achievers.
So tired of all the propaganda day in and day out…
