Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

All this offshoring will boomerang back for sure

Bookmark this thread, it’ll be useful. Here is my prediction, it’ll turn out to be 100% true. All of this offshoring to India will boomerang back to Wells Fargo and to our domestic economy. We are handing the keys of the kingdom to a foreign country and a group of people that do not have a common goals as us. It’s just a matter of time when they will accumulate knowledge and turn things against us in who knows what capacity.

We have enough profits to keep things here but greed is making all of them blind and they do not care about the country, the customer, the employee.

And as all things that are rotten inside, the time will come when all of this will boomerang back to hurt us even more…

Imagine what the Auto Workers would do, I am not saying we should unionize but just imagine if someone was to raise voice, if someone was to complain. The worker has 0% influence on anything here and it should not be this way.

There is nobody watching, we fell in silence (aside from all the nose here on thelayoffs dot com)…

No need to put “back” after boomerang

Got to say the quality of work from I and P is terrible but they probably don’t need to be good. Let them do all the copy paste stuff. I think they lean on the timezone differences as a way not to do work. It’s always um sure and then you don’t hear from them for weeks. I think there is one guy doing all the work and ten employees just sitting on teams chats pretending

Nailed it.

It's all a chess board for elites. We're just pawns being rapidly knocked off the board.

Offshoring may boomerang, but not for the reasons you state. I&P have the same incentives that we have, and, just like us, they perform tasks in exchange for compensation.

The overall problems that I see are low quality work, short working tenure and the need for ongoing training, and poor communication.

It doesn’t matter. You and I are not part of the inner circle. Even Scharf isn’t.

There are extremely wealthy people out there who want people like Scharf to off shore to drive up profits. It preserves and increases their wealth now. And when things blow up, that wealth will be used to buy up the pieces even more cheaply, growing their control and wealth even more greatly.

There is a reason why these elites come out of economic crises even more wealthy. They engineer them.
