Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

Where are the Hubs for ECMO?

I would imagine Minneapolis, St. Louis, and Charlotte would be hubs, but what about Dallas, Salt Lake City, Sioux Falls , and (I could have sworn we had an office in Tampa)? Are those all non hub areas? I was applying anyways (and might have a better position, we shall see in a few days) as management has increased the goal of case closed, but it also seems like there has been so much fu----g micromanaging from the top, and less overtime (when around this time things should be picking up, but we are half way through September, and nada), it just makes no sense to be making pay someone would make out of school. Also how can they legally export compliance roles when they require licenses (at least in the states)? It seems with the increased expectations we are going to repeated 2016 or worse with sending client data overseas. Keep safe out there!

All domestic hubs outside of Hudson Yards are temporary. All of them.

Godspeed, I was already on the second round of interviews last week. After they said they would not increase pay or do OT and pushed us, I saw the writing on the wall that 2016 is coming again. Hopefully I get the job and get a pay boost for sure.

This company is circling the drain. Get out on your own terms and stop assuming you’ll get your severance when let go. Employees of Enron, Worldcom, etc received jack s#it when they went under.

Grab a new job now before you’re competing with everyone else who were also holding out assuming they’d get their 6+ months worth of severance.

Charlie Scharf and Michael Tomassino should be displaced. As far as I know they are not in a hub. This is the worst company to work for. Horrible executives, clueless, processes change everyday for other processes that are also useless. They don’t care about their employees or keeping talent. They just care about keeping the people from the hubs. In the meantime Charlie keeps hiring executives to work in non hubs. Charlie is destroying the legacy of Wells Fargo. He has to go!!!!!
