This site is daily and weekly entertainment for me. I don't even work at Wells anymore, thank god. But I occasionally peruse the posts on this site just to get a pulse on the mood there, it's not good!
My experience at Wells was awful for the most part. Though I always got rated meets and exceeds, I couldn't stand so many of the clowns there in high level roles, the never ending obsession with DEI, the hypocrisy of hubs and remote work, being jerked around, the corporate arrogance and overall just lack of respect. There were and still are, execs with large teams who are allowed to work remote while others who are IC with no teams, told to go to an office to work next to people they don't even know who aren't even in their line of business. F off!
I feel bad for many of the people there who try to do good daily and it gets you nowhere. There's ZERO commitment to employees. It's the only company I ever worked at that explicitly said they wanted voluntary attrition and people to quit, who does that? Because a multibillion dollar company is too cheap and chickenshi! to just pay them a severance and let them go with dignity!?? Who that is clinically sane that has any self respect would want to work for leaders like that?!
