Oh my goodness, the Source is such a pet peeve of mine. The “directory” is the most useless function in the bank, and that’s saying a lot
For the person that said use the company site search bar. Good luck with that, The Source is a perfect representation of this merger; replace something useful (InSite) with something pretty that doesn’t work for sh-t. I haven’t seen a more worthless search function since my first programming class assignment.
