I agree. This management team is more dishonest than the previous one… if that’s even possible. So much turn over already. They are completely incompetent and continuously are walking back their statements and ridiculous initiatives.

Management is so disgusting and incompetent that they are now pitting employees against each other by their $tupid decisions.

India vs. US
Non-hub vs. Hub
Minority vs. white
Old vs. Young

When you have such a dysfunctional organization, It’s only a matter of time before more scandals pop up. You thought things were bad before, just wait and see.

@bjg+1o9fWdze. Said very well. Right before CS "Chainsaw" joined, the Regulators put pressure on the bank to hire externals for "new blood". We were all duped. The old ways & people still remain and are FAR WORSE than before CS joined. Add stack ranking & survival games and it's a bloodbath. Turned me off Banking completely.

There are too many layers of management and many are lazy and incompetent. They don’t understand the job their employees perform this they are grossly mismanaging talent and resources. You wonder why we can’t manage risk and don’t have good control?

The culture is rotten to the core. People who were part of corruption are still here and are pretending to be ‘Lines of Defence”. Middle management is sick. Nothing is going to change. I’m looking and will leave as soon as can. Joining Wells was the worst career decision.

I think most people on the inside are growing to hate the bank too!

What I find amusing is the difference in perceptions of the bank inside and outside of the bank.

Inside people like to believe Wells is a leader by virtue of our size. Despite the fact that we get smaller every day.

Outside WF is seen as anachronistic and crooked.
