Wow, a bunch of weird 5 year olds posting on this board like they are Einstein. Guarantee you’re all low performers and I hope you’re next. Nobody should ever wish layoffs on anybody. Yea I don't get why they are laying off all these leaders with years (or sometimes decades) of knowledge. Going after the analysts would make way more sense.

How is getting rid of experienced leadership helping at all? Higher ups are laying them off to avoid having to pay them 6 figures plus so they can collect more and continue to pay the rest of us pennies.... Then put people in those positions who have no clue what they are doing....
