They lost their 40 billion dollar contract with Centene. Jan 1 that contract goes to express scripts. It's a huge hit

We just had a team meeting on the Medicaid side for Aetna. We were told layoffs will continue into the next few weeks. Impacting provider relations, provider data services and credentialing. And if we are affected, we should expect a pop-up meeting from senior Director/management.

Cvs really messed up. The Medicaid side is centralized. Already doesn’t have enough support for the states that are serviced and they are laying off. Not looking too bright for those left behind.

Sr. Manager and Business users for a digital project (cvs mobile app) were laid off yesterday with two weeks left in their project. They were told they a done at end of month. CVS Health is run by mo--ns. They bought two companies and lost a PBM contract, post record profits, they have more SVP and executives than imaginable but lay of workers? The "We Care" company doesn't care about employees. We have the worst health plan even after the merger with AETNA. The only thing CVS cares about is taking cash from customers. They care more about hiring incompetent off shore workers than keeping American workers.

@ypr+1o7UjK03 Got the same info on the Medicare side though I'm not sure if that was meant for our department in particular.
