Many were let go in Rx Operations. One VP, Executive Directors, Directors, Senior Managers, Managers, Analysts,
Some teams were completely axed, some were left with a skeleton or no support staff. It seems really disorganized.
Know of at least one Ex. director, several business consultants, and 1 AVP.
Senior product manager in Digital.
Many PMs, POs, and product directors let go across our org. Many engineering managers and engineers themselves. High-performers; it likely came down to $$$$ and tenure, plus a bit of favoritism and tribalism with VPs.
If you were effective, but didn't play "the game," then you probably got the axe despite your efficacy.
Anybody heard of any of the Exec. Directors or VPs being let go?
Love when I would see this in the org charts within DDAT: Exec. Director > VP > VP > VP > SVP > EVP > EVP
