WARN act is not applicable unless at least 50 people from a single location

I wouldn’t trust Karen’s headcounts as any kind of reliable indicator. 200k of her 300k are store employees who are largely not impacted, and stores hire/fire/have people quit daily; churn is exponentially higher than corporate roles. Plus very few, if any, of those impacted were laid off immediately and those that were would take more than a day to update in all systems.
No, more cuts on Tuesday, Aug 15.
I was laid off yesterday. Cuts in Accessibility, Retail L&S, Content.
Because of the WARN act it’s possible no one will leave the system for 60 days.
Oddly enough, this morning (compared to yesterday morning), the people under Karen jumped up from 308260 (Aug 14) to 308586. Not understanding that one.
I would if I could.
Dude! Just sleep, we already had enough today!
Is the brunt of it over?
