Any validity about a lot of these layoffs are going to include VP, directors, high paying employees? Kind of nervous because I'm in that bracket and it sounds like if Karen is only getting rid of 5K people and wants to hit that 500 million Target a lot of the higher paying employees will be impacted

It's all kinds of positions. Executive assistants clerks, reps etc.
Let’s hope they get rid of some of the overpaid, lazy, rubber stamping medical directors,
All levels will be impacted
A PBM senior VP in IT has announced his resignation effective Aug 18. Confirmed by an IT exec director.
A lot of director level employees don't do the leg work, benefit from others doing the work and don't put in a 40 plus hour work week. Tbh. Y'all know it to be true
I am not a VP or director and barely make anything. They got me really cheap. I ain't worried
to clarify below, the director who announced he was impacted by layoffs, I am not sure if decided to leave on Tuesday or if he was told that was his last day.
He seemed very angry with how this was done so maybe he’s leaving earlier than he was asked to leave
yes, Directors are impacted.
The one I report to in DDAT just announced he was impacted to his team and his last day will be Tuesday.
😳 a 21 million just in bonus?
Karen's bonus was 21 million last year
If it’s 5 million, Karen just doesn’t need a bonus!
$5 mill this round of layoffs
Are we saying 500 million yearly? That's like 100k per person for 5000. Which I wouldn't say are terribly high paid positions.
these lists were at the EVP level only, I know this because i was told this by my VP - they did not know until last Friday, nor did they have any input into the list making, at least not on my side..... this was MUCH higher than that
