Thread regarding Wells Fargo & Co. layoffs

I asked ChatGPT if

is it normal for a company to make working conditions difficult to drive attrition? Here are the results:

Intentional Attrition Strategy: WF is overtly creating conditions that they know will lead to attrition.

Neglect or Mismanagement: WF is poorly managed, leading to a toxic work environment, which in turn causes attrition.

Employee Feedback: Wells Fargo has ignored feedback

This place has definitely deteriorated, but on the scale of good to worst looking across the banking industry and across other industries… it’s not anywhere near the lowest of the low.

Witness the large number of former WF employees that post for every job opening

The workers make billions for the shareholders and the bank gives us substandard benefits, pay and working conditions. They forget that you reap what you sow.

The C-suite gets their millions whether the company fails or succeeds. Unlike us working schmucks, they have no incentive to do a good job.

Charlie is a miserable person that wants 'us' to also be miserable - remember misery loves company.. The bank will fail in the end if the mis-treatment continues.

Anyone left in mortgage feels this is true. The work environment is awful. Every month waiting for your number to be pulled for displacements.
