It’s always suspect how there’s an announcement of somebody at an exec level leaving leaving and it’s immediate.

@iqc+1nyNr40d As somebody noted, people realize they're not going to get the nod for the next move up, so they make the next move up elsewhere. Another announcement today for the AI guy bailing. Happened in DMI before with people thinking they should be CDO but then ended up leaving.
Somebody criticized his background-- the was at JPM for ~13 yrs before Wells. Surprise, surprise, another JPM recruit.
Pretty sure his replacement will not be based in CA.
Sure will miss his mountain bike updates. He failed in his first role at WF, was moved to a lesser role. Did he fail there too? to come from Net jets with what 20+ employees?, to a bank with thousands....he was out of his league. r rather who's little boy was he?
Strle was supposed to keynote 200 new Technology hires Monday morning…his admin called the PM an hour before Strle was to hit the stage to say he wasn’t doing it.

Jason pre-dated Saul's hiring by about 6 months. He'll do fine in the next position and will be replaced by another know-nothing Kerrins clone.
Jason is also moving back to the midwest from where he came.. remember he relocated to San Francisco for this role.
Jason Strle CIO of Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) - he swapped CIO places with Tracy a few years ago when she was in that role as she was being groomed from day one to take over for Saul.

Tracy did not like him. She seated him almost off-stage at the last townhall. I take that to be sign. We can expect more Tracy related fallout as she "d-mbs down the bank technology".
No surprise. Wasn't he SVB's guy? He was passed up for SVB's job and could no longer see a path to the top. Time to try again elsewhere.
The bank's leadership team is made up of carpetbaggers from other companies, like JPM, BofA, etc. They're not here to turn WF around. They are only here for career advancement.

In the last 6 weeks he's attended or has been the face of high profile events e.g. mobility week. Seems to similar to how Sharon departed with SVB.
