How many national Level 3 and above positions not located in a Hub city have been given a pass and do not have to relocate? If you feel comfortable ID location and organization.

"Over 50% of CSO has always been wfh... you cant outsource security and the companies that do learn million-dollar lessons."

Have you not been paying attention to the town halls the SVP's have been having? For instance, Townes made it PERFECTLY clear that he's expecting 100% RTO even from individuals who have never been to an office...EVER!!!...and teams scattered across remote areas. You may not be returning immediately (I hate that word since a number of folks were never there to begin with and basically pioneered the entire VO process that saved AT&T's a$$ during the pandemic...) but they intend to post your job at the location they think you should be at and you can apply for your own job only if you move...at least according to the Townes town hall. The whole 10% number was made up. Several SVP's seem to be shooting for 0% VO and 0% hybrid.

@2oky+1ny5EluV,

Be careful of your hubris. CSO is no more important than any other network technical team in AT&T. Without us you would have nothing to protect. Second, you are thinking rationally about a position you feel is not able to be outsourced, but it absolutely can be and the people who make those decisions are not looking at it from your point of view.

"Still lots of L3&4s listed in WP as TW"

Well, in my org, lots of people were listed as TW during the pandemic. They are STILL listed as TW despite their letters and that they are "living their designations". (I just despise that term). Looks like WP just hasn't been updated, so don't draw any conclusions that these folks won the TW lottery. (I am not sure that's really a win, but that's another post...)

A lot of organizations are still going through the process of determining where people will be located. This RTO relocation cannot happen overnight.

No one can possibly answer this. At least no one who is going to post here can.

When the OIs update it might be easy to see. But they have not.
