It seems any DEI or Social Governance topics here get ki-led.
Maybe some people are overboard hating them, but I posted to the "why hate for DEI" and explained how I could not promote a white male because it made the stats for the Director and VP look bad. That is why I hate DEI. The execs KNOW that goes on, but instead preach daily about it, and act like it is just getting more opportunities out there to URMs. But they know
All the while the tech and product groups are ran by 5 people from India, 4 men 1 woman and 2 white males. But you can't point out that or note that its NOT diversity that they hold us to.
I guess this site cant handle the truth of one of the reason why a company is going under and going to hit hard with layoffs.
