There are definitely different letters that were sent out. I was comparing my letter to a coworker that is in a different org. My Job Function is Field and his was Central? Obviously there is no definition of what that means for either of us. Also his letter had a date for reporting to an office, mine did not. His also had language in it talking about discipline if he does not comply. BTW, what is complete BS in those letters are your “office” those are just cut and paste from Webphone and not final. There will be more conversations with your supervisor, oh and BTW your supervisor doesn’t know anything at this point.

It is a violation of the COBC to share terms of employment letters with other personnel.
You might want to remove the boot from your mouth because it's against federal law for companies to restrict people from talking about their compensation and work conditions.
Field means you get to stay in your hub. Be thankful.
Exactly on Take 2. There will possibly be another HUB restructuring in 2024 if the headcount isn’t still where they want it and if FCF is still suffering as it is today.
Let me summarize your supervisor conversation, get your a-s to a work location 3-5 days a week. No hard concept dip sh--s.
Sounds like they know what they want to do with Central, meanwhile, you, Field, they're still figuring it out. They may be figuring out this stuff for months.
And then, maybe we get Take 2. It'll be interesting to see if things start blowing up, resulting in a pause.
My letter did not mention Job Function. It had four categories: Work Address, Metro City, State and Designation
If your RTO letter said you report to your current work location, there is nothing else to discuss for forthcoming. That’s it
If you don’t think people were sharing a their letters yesterday with each other you’re out of your mind
lmfao...why would anyone follow or continue to believe in the COBC???!! the execs certainly do not and all their actions are contradictory to the COBC
