It’s not “off- topic” to the employees who consider our C- Suite to be creating a hostile work environment through the unending threat of layoffs, requiring us to train our counterparts in India, putting us through the false hope of multiple fake interviews. Not “off- topic” for the underpaid under- promoted women in the company. Not “off- topic” for those of us working in buildings infested with mice and rats. Not “off topic” to the hard- working managers who have lost their titles due to Spans and Layers but are still accountable for the employees “dotted lining” to them. Not off topic” to those employees negatively affected by biased stacked ranking. Not “off topic” to the employees who are intimidated in to thinking they can’t speak out or take action against self-interested leaders who disrespect and devalue them.
It's off topic OP, no one cares about that subject in this space.
