Anyone who worked with her at BofA, Hiland or her last gig before WF could have predicted this. She is a kiss up and has no leadership skills. She will do anything to preserve this gig because she wants the millions, so she can have more lemon trees .

She certainly exemplifies the idea that a “Leader” doesn’t need to know the job that those under them perform. Unfortunately she’s making it clear through her jibberish she is neither a Leader nor a Manager.
It’s like watching a developmentally challenged person be absolutely ecstatic about finishing a race except for that person they actually accomplished something, she’s just making a fool of herself through her own ignorance. She is an embarrassment for all women who actually have skills.
