Agree!!! The current Board of Directors has no control and no management and no strategic plan. Cannot think ahead for in the future.

Bankruptcy, earlier the better, then buy the re-provisioned IPO.

What will be the new name for Verizon name for the company after bankruptcy = Verizon2 then a blue check mark = blue for union/socialism and not capitalism.

Big picture, Verizon has big debt and Hans has turned Verizon into just another commodity. Once cash takes a hit by the end of 2024, it's all over.

Correct, the wrong person because the hires made by the current CEO are not worthy to help VZ, its employees, its customer, not its shareholders.

The loss of customers, churn and defects, are the ultimate responsibility of the CEO leading to a loss in revenue and free cash flow.

The massive debt-load leveraged by this CEO's leadership is unthinkable.

The debt-load leveraged by this CEO equals the VZ stocks market capitalization whereby concerning defaults.

@xje+1nmFz7XQ I know officially no one will share the numbers but is the switch to SPC actually worth it? I am genuinely curious, because anytime there is a major issue on an account, it is filled with stamps from SPC reps, Half the time remarks are a joke and in the other half they are nonexistent. I know automation allegedly works well and we keep getting that told we are not seeing it when things work properly but I just can't help but doubt what's being said.

Last two posts were spot on. I don’t always agree with what’s going on but I keep it to myself. They have a master plan and HV just happens to be the orchestra leader. This will continue until they right size the business. Partially outsourced departs may get fully outsourced. Overlapped roles will be eliminated- unproductive stores with be closed or sold. This is nothing new. We do have options. We can leave/ or stay and hope your department is not impacted. I am confident in saying that we can all name 10 Directors and some of their team members who are just checking boxes and sneaking by.. their days are numbered I know we have them here in the South

  1. The VSP wasn't excessive. It did what it was supposed to do
  2. No one who took the VSP has come back as an employee unless it was because
the company they worked for was acquired. Some have tried and were blocked
by legal. Plenty have come back as contractors.

To all your other points, HV has done what he was hired to do. That's why he's still here. The end.

Blackrock owns 9% of Vz stock (and many more) They control Board members and CEO. Hans is on Blackrock board and World Economic Forum. This stuff is not by coincidence. Welcome to socialism. Like it much?

FYI - we don’t know WHY Hans was brought here. He may have been brought here to streamline, cut the fat, reduce headcount and more. As far as the stock is concerned I would suggest the financial news outlets. All Large corps being impacted by the economy. We need to stand back and look at big picture.
