I can confirm that he is regularly visiting San Fran. There are so many things that he is doing wrong or outdated it is absurd and embarrassing. Someone wrote this man a towel because he’s all washed up!
I can tell you that the captain is being provided a car, transportation and a professional driver on the companies dime each and every day. He also has access to the companies private jet. The inequality is running rampant At WF.
The captain also publicly announced that he would not be accepting a “Raise” in 2023. In fact, the opposite happened.. senile, blue hairs on the operating committee gave the captain a $3 million raise to portray that he is being successful, when, in fact, we know this is also the opposite
All that this guy is focused on is insulating himself now from his freeloading tactics, unethical policies and practices, and terrible job performance. After four years if any employee had these results where we are still incurring,, multi billion dollar fines and the captains watch, he is still rewarded with a raise that he claimed he would never be accepting when we know that this is the opposite .
Our leaders don’t have a clue what they are doing, nor do they have a long-term strategic plan. the captain was brought in specifically to fix the regulatory issues at the company. He has not done this! In fact, he has failed. Any other employee would have been fired or “PIP’d” out.
This guy took this job for the great payday. It will provide over five years, and then he can walk away, just like he walked away from his previous job after failing to implement a RTO Policy that failed miserable.
These are the facts. All is publicly available. So if you’re reading this captain, go get your effing Shine-box!

Only quitters quit. Don’t give them what they want. Do the bare minimum. Coast on auto-pilot as long as possible while searching for greener pastures. If you play your cards right you may get a long paid vacation (severance). It’s the least this POS place can do after what they’ve put all through.
Now Fremont location is moved out, only option is San Francisco or Concord for California commuters...hum....
