If there is a need to make a cut somewhere, then in my opinion it is in the management.
Otherwise, there could be more managers at Fiserv than those who actually do the work and thanks to whom all this still exists.
I wonder how many good employees they could keep just by making a small cut in management.
? Our area is very flat, and all managers are working managers. Maybe it hasn’t hit your group yet.
