Is anyone being asked to move for co- location with their manager or team? Is this the next reason for layoff?

Sapience has been on most workstations for years now. It's not a new tool people.

Has been talked about, but no one has been asked to from whatever information I know
Nobody that I know of, but we all know it's coming at some point. I'm betting entire groups are moved from smaller offices to "hubs".
