To be fair, it's not just AT&T, it seems to be going around everywhere. I see articles of another big company, cracking down on remote workers, every day. Then there is an occasional claim that WFH is just as productive, which is quickly buried under dozens of other "new" researches stating it's not true, and productivity suffered. Finally, the Biden's admin chimes in, demanding all federal workers return to office. Call me a conspiracy theorist if you want, but to me, it looks like some bigger plan is being executed. Who benefits and when only time will show, I'll leave it out of this, but none of this is accidental, it's clearly by someone's design. Might just be as simple as real estate investors pulling strings, since they're projected to lose over $800 billion in commercial real estate revenue by 2030, might be something completely different.

With that level of empathy you must be an Exec

Not try to imagine what you’d be thinking if you didn’t live in Atlanta and if you didn’t hate your family so you needed to be in the office as much as possible. Or what you’d be thinking if you actually did a good job but we’re going to be saddled with the additional work of the people being laid off by rto

If you do not like playing by the rules leave. You are all sounding like a bunch of grown babies.

The company provides me two days of not being at office every week and work from home, that is generous accommodation for my work/life balance. I work in Atlanta and am happy and proud to be associated with this great company and brand. If you are not happy with your work, it’s a free country, please LEAVE. Company has right to expect most employees to be at certain locations and in office 3-5 days. Quit being a negative little bi***
