Uncle Charlie has you all by the cr---h. Marching you around to the office, fretting about layoffs, treating you like little disposable peasants. Everyone walking on eggshells wondering when the next layoff is and who it's gonna impact. Meanwhile, they got $30 billion to buy back stock while people get laid off and it's done in small bunches so it avoids the media attention. Regulators asleep at the wheel as the bank loses talent and issues remain, asset cap remains and little consequences for the lack of progress. Where's the OCC in all of this? Probably sitting in their plush bank provided offices collecting their government checks as usual. Congress is a joke too.
If all that doesn't motivate you to find a new job, I'm not sure what will.
