Saul said during the CSBB AMA that we are opening 5% new branches annually but best in class is 15% so expect a lot more opening up. It doesn't make sense but management has to blindly follow KPIs or else they might have to actually think about something.

our branches su-k anyways. There is NO privacy whatsoever. Even for safe deposit boxes. Everyone in the branch including those customers standing in line can see you walk into the safes.
I hate the teller counters. There is no privacy and people in line can see and hear what you are doing.
Number seems low. Is that 12 additional to what they already informed of?
We still have branches in 2023? What a waste of resources.
