Since some managers are horrible, wouldn't it be nice to be able to rate them in their performance review? I got an inconsistently meets on one part for not proofing something. BUT in the part where my manager is detailing how I didn't proof properly she didn't proof HER OWN WORDS and they didn't make sense.
Ya can't make this stuff up folks. Thanks for letting me vent!!!!!!!!

My manager asks us to rate them and sends around an anonymous spreadsheet to rate them (1-5) on various categories.
The fact that WF doesn't use 360s tells you everything you need to know.
I've never worked anywhere that didn't use 360s until I came to WF. Huge red flag.
It's subjective. If your manager doesn't like you, it's one sl--t on your performance, if they like you, it's another interpretation. WF is all about "likes", not doing a good job.

And yes, I do recognize the one instance this year that she's referring to for attention to detail. I admitted and accepted the feedback at the time and have worked to ensure it doesn't happen again. I'm not a fan of managers that take one thing and use that as an overall basis for a mid-year or end of year review. We've all been managers at one time or another and to me...that's just not the way a good manager 'reviews'...
