How to Destroy a Company in 10 Easy Steps

  1. From day one, make sure you let everyone know all the things you have accomplished. Don’t worry about proving yourself over time, just go ahead and tell them how great you are.
  1. Immediately, from day one, dis-empower the current leadership that knows and understands the current business model that has been working. Discount what is working. There is no need to understand what has been working, because it is imperative that you implement your ideas as quickly as possible, and change everything. Change shows that you are doing something, and that you are smarter than everyone else.
  1. Begin replacing the long-standing leadership with younger, cheaper collages that will support your vision without question. There is nothing more powerful than an army of underqualified “yes-men”.
  1. Expand your need for control in those with leadership authority. Make others feel small, and insignificant, so they will leave. When people resign on their own, you don’t need to pay out severance packages.
  1. Set unrealistic expectations, and place limits on what the team can do to reach those expectations. Ensure goals are not reachable, so you can squash all morale, productivity, pride and culture.
  1. Treat people like ignorant tools. Create policies in a vacuum without collaborating with them. The real power lies in making everyone conform to your wishes without listening to them, or taking them seriously. Remember, you are smarter than everyone else.
  1. Isolate yourself. Be too busy. Force people to make appointments with you. Be unavailable. Reject the need to be liked. Embrace the need to have influence. You are the boss, and everyone needs to know it.
  1. Keep talking… Don’t ever stop talking… And then talk some more… (Charlie is worse because he doesn’t communicate at all.)
  1. Do not take the time to learn the company. Impose your will to change the company to whatever you want it to be, and disregard the longstanding history and culture that has been cultivated before you were there.
  1. Take the credit for any positives, and blame the old culture and employees who refuse to change, for the failures. Failure is not your fault, and can never be.

Bingo!

Yeah. "Conspiracy", ok. If you're not boosting every 60 days, then you actually agree with Kennedy on that issue. So which is it?

As a conservative, I don't take him seriously as a candidate because he's a liberal, but the idea that Kennedy is somehow a conservative because he's not owned by Pfizer is laughable. It's comical to watch how the ja----s party has gone from "fighting the man" to being the man's toadies in such a short period of time. Not my party/problem, but it's a pretty crazy transformation. Meanwhile, we're not supposed to take Kennedy seriously while a guy that is brain dead ambles around the white house looking for his pudding and coke, and he's somehow a "legitimate" candidate.

I guess it was the lifetime abuse of dr-gs and alcohol that turned his brains to mush. A waste of time to take him seriously as a candidate. The right is now embracing him for some reason. Probably the inane conspiracy garbage he is trying to sell.

There's nothing right wing about Kennedy, presuming you mean the guy running for president, and not JFK. He's a classic liberal, which means he is suspicious of giant corporations. His problem is that the entire rest of his party has been bought off by big pharma. Don't think so? Keep boosting, every 60 days until you figure out what's happening.

Wow. Who would have predicted that a Kennedy (a deranged one) would be a Qanon right wing wingnut?

You left out one of the current CEO's top accomplishments to destroy trust in the company: hating black people in public.
