Can we apply for internal roles if we received performance rating if inconsistently meets ?

recruiters can't see your performance ratings - that was shut off almost a year ago.
If you're a hiring manager, you cannot get that information.
So if you aren't getting interest in your applications - look elsewhere for why.

No, if you received and Inconsistently Meets, you are considered a fu-k up. While you might be eligible for gender transformation in lieu of a bone us, your career is in the toilette permanently at Wells Fu-ko.
Being a remote employee, I'll never be able to apply for an internal position, so whatever rating I get won't matter.
I can only speak from personal experience but when I went from a level 4 to an inconsistent in 6 months, no one would touch my applications.
I got a 2 because my manager did not do his/her job and blamed me for it. There is no recourse or appeal process.
Just apply and see what happens
this way OP can share his inconsistency with others.
